Meet the Baker
My name's Pavan and I originally started baking biscuits for my Grandma. This is where I fell in love with baking. It became an important hobby in my life, a way of connecting with my Grandma and developed into making cupcakes, celebration cakes and even the odd wedding cake. I completed the Artisan Baking Diploma at The School of Artisan Food in 2021 and launched The Bakery Bar soon after.

The Bakery Bar is a microbakery situated in Bushby, Leicester. Our products are made to order and are delivered in Leicester on a weekly basis.
