Ingredients: wheat flour, yeast, salt, semolina, malt syrup, sesame seeds.

Focaccia

Our focaccia is made using organic flours from Shipton Mill.

Feta, Red Onion & Tomato

Ingredients: wheat flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, feta cheese, red onion, basil and tomatoes.

Curried Tomato & Sweet Potato

Ingredients: wheat flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, potatoes, sweet potatoes, coriander, green chillies, garam masala and curried tomato sauce.

Miso Aubergine

Ingredients: wheat flour, yeast, olive oil, salt, miso paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, toasted sesame seeds and spring onion.

Cheese & Caramelised Onion
